pretty random...is that unusual for me?
Dudes, I finally had a Winchester dream last night. Sadly, Sam was totally absent. Actually, that might not be so sad.
I'm in this gas station and there's a female clerk and Dean Winchester is in there, too, and we're kind of chatting it up/flirting. I think we know each other pretty well already, because we're goofing around and I steal his keys and go hop in the Impala. I only live like a mile away from this gas station in real life, and in my dream I was just going to take it to my house and then come back. But Dean's watching me through the window of the gas station, and he is NOT AMUSED, so I ended up turning back early. But oh, guys. Oh man. Driving the Impala was like everything you'd imagine, even just dream!Impala. It was amazing. Impala sex fic recs, anyone? The rest of the dream was about me going back to the station and the bad guy from Roadkill trying to kill me, and Dean being very older brotherly in his protectiveness.
Speaking of Roadkill, though...
I guess this is one of those episodes that you either love or you hate, from the reactions on my flist, but uh, can I vote neither? I mean, I think it was partially ruined for me because I forgot to watch it on Thursday, and when I finally remembered to tune in, it was just as they were doing the big reveal, so when I watched it today, I already knew what was going on.
It's just sort of a forgettable episode to me, I guess. Nothing bad as in the realm of Route 666 bad, but definitely not up to par with most of the episodes this season.
A lot of people have said that there was more exposition and it might have felt a little dry for older fans because the network was expecting a lot of new viewers for the guest star, so they wanted to explain things, but I'm not quite sure I buy that. They weren't really explaining what was going on in the show, or the boys' history, it was mostly just stuff about Sam's beliefs, and unless you know about his demon troubles, it wouldn't really hit home the way it would for us that know he's battling with the idea of himself turning bad.
And a couple people have mentioned that Dean acting cold did make sense after we find out Molly's a ghost, since he does have some serious issues with anything supernatural, but it seems a little odd to me that there wouldn't be any throwbacks to Bloodlust, since Dean's perceptions were altered at least a little bit there. (Possible spoilers for upcoming episodes, highlight the text to read): It makes me wonder how Dean will react to John if he comes back as a spirit. Dean seemed pretty happy to see Mary even as a ghost, so he's gotta know that not all spirits are bad, right?
Best part? Dean talking to the Impala (was I the only one that was expecting him to say something like, "Daddy's home"?)
Oh, heh, yeah, about St. Patrick's Day. My sister ended up cancelling on us at the last minute, and I was in a pretty terrible mood anyway, so Allen came over with booze and food and we ended up just chilling. I had a Guinness for the first time ever, and man. That stuff is SO much better than the regular beer we have here. I've been trying to get myself accustomed to the yellow beer here for years, and I just can't do it. I attribute my Guinness love to my Irish heritage. lol.
I also had four mini bottles of Kahlua chocolate latte (YUM) and then I passed out. Not passed out passed out, I just got so sleepy I couldn't keep my eyes open and ending up falling asleep at like eleven. I AM A PARTY ANIMAL.
Pam (
dementedlove) wrote me the most awesome John/Dean, and it is my life's goal right now to get her to post it. Seriously. It's awesome. And we're gonna discuss expanding on the plot because she's got a damn good one, and just. aljfasljsfd. I am so lucky to have this girl. ♥
Umm. I totally did not get my Departed/TBD story done for
tbd_stpaddys. I slept almost all goddamned day. I THINK ALLEN DRUGGED MY GUINNESS. However, I'm sure I'll still try to finish it, because I'm kind of psyched about it.
Aaaand,
schneestern's got me thinking of a plot bunny involving Jensen/Jared and the use of sex toys during interviews. >.>
My hand hurts/is possibly bruised because I tried to break up some ice with my fist. Turns out I am not Chuck Norris and I cannot break things with my fist, even ice. I would've tried a roundhouse kick, but I figured it might get messy. Plus, I was not wearing shoes.
And now some Heroes picspam. Zachary Quinto and a couple Adrian Pasdar, maybe one or two Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere.

That is a total pornstache if I ever saw one. Milo, why you so creepy?

And these are total porn poses if I ever saw them. Hayden, knock it off. Unless you plan on getting it on with pornstache!Milo, then I guess I understand.

ETA: No I definitely don't have over 70 tabs open in Firefox fight now. >.> GIVE ME TIME I WILL GET BACK TO EVERYTHING.
Also, I seriously need you guys' expertise/opinion on this: Is the word 'gypped' a slur? I have my own opinion about it, but I want to hear what you guys think first.
