No, I totally hear you. The first time I watched Alias, I was having a hard time not slapping my TV screen because I hated her so much. (I'm not so much a Syd/Vaughn fangirl as I am a Sark/Vaughn, or at least a Sark-alone-being-his-bad-self fangirl. :D) I've read a lot of fanfic lately though, and god, you know, somehow they're able to take a totally unlikable character and make her sympathetic and cool. So I still hate the canon version, but I can definitely see where there is a lot of potential for her in fic.

God, he looks adorable there. I actually thought he was pretty bland upon my first watching of Alias, but I think it was mostly because I was blinded by my Anders love. :D I'm still Team Anders over Team Vartan, but I can understand the attraction.

I watched To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar just for Michael Vartan. I could not stop laughing every time he was on screen, that has to be my favorite role of his. :D
