you could try foing what the people in my other fandom did with

sga_flashfic where the people would make suggestions for teh next challange, so you dont have to do it alone and come up with teh ideas and stuff, youd just have to moderate it, start now, end now etc :D you wouldnt have to make it fic, but puzzels, or challanges and people could submit in thier
